Teleperformance makes contact in Reno, brings 500 new jobs
RENO, Nev. — Teleperformance U.S.A. is opening a new contact center and will hire 500 to staff the Northern Nevada location, according to an announcement made by the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN).
The outsourced multi-channel customer experience management company’s new Reno center will provide a broad range of support for a major financial services company. Teleperformance will be hiring for a variety of contact center positions that include, customer service representatives, trainers, quality assurance personnel, client management, and additional leadership positions.
